How to measure for your belt

Stand relaxed and wrap a flexible measuring tape around your waist where you wear your lifting belt, usually around the navel, over your usual training clothes.
Keep the tape level and snug without pulling it tight. Use this waist measurement rather than your trouser size.

How to set up and use

Position the buckle plate at the adjustment holes that give you a snug, comfortable fit and secure its screws.
Wrap the belt around your waist, engage the lever and close it fully before your set. Check the closure is secure.
Flip the lever open to release the belt between sets. Move the buckle plate if your fit needs changing.
