Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

At Beastox, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, we will review the issue and help with an appropriate resolution.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused, unworn, and in saleable condition
  • be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and any free items received with the order
  • be accompanied by the order number, invoice, or proof of purchase

All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to review and approval by the Beastox support team.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund / Replacement

You may request a return, refund, or replacement if:

  • the product received is damaged
  • the product received is defective
  • the wrong item was delivered
  • the item delivered is materially different from what was ordered

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return, unless they are damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrongly delivered:

  • used or worn products
  • items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • personal-use fitness accessories that have been opened or used, where return is not suitable for hygiene reasons
  • gift cards
  • final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please email us at support@beastox.in within 7 days of delivery with the following details:

  • order number
  • product name
  • reason for request
  • clear photos or videos of the issue, where applicable

Requests made after the return window may not be accepted.

6. Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed, our support team will confirm whether the return or replacement has been approved. If approved, we will share the return instructions.

Please note that products sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

7. Return Address

Approved returns must be sent to the following address: 1643 DLF Phase 4 near galleria market,. Gurgaon, Haryana, 122002.  

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a Beastox error, including a damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrongly delivered product, we may arrange the return pickup or assist with return shipping, as applicable.

In all other approved cases, the return shipping cost may need to be borne by the customer.

9. Replacement Process

If a replacement request is approved, the customer must first return the originally delivered item.

Our support team will share the return process, instructions, and tracking details, wherever applicable.

The replacement item will be dispatched only after:

  • the original product has been returned by the customer, and
  • the returned product has been received and verified by Beastox

A replacement product will not be shipped before the originally delivered item is received by us.

10. Exchanges

If you want a different item, size, or variant, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item, subject to approval, and place a fresh order separately.

Exchanges or replacements are subject to stock availability.

11. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Please note:

  • shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrongly delivered item
  • banks, card issuers, UPI apps, and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
  • refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and verified by our team

If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time after approval, please contact us at support@beastox.in.

12. Damaged / Wrong / Missing Item Claims

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beastox.in with clear photos or video evidence so that we can review and resolve the matter quickly.

13. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy.
