SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking ID to monitor your shipment.

2. SHIPPING TIME

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your order in real-time.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you face any issues with delivery such as delay, lost shipment, or incorrect tracking updates, please contact us at:

6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

The order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy

7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

We request customers to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Immediately contact our support team with photos/videos

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
